		This intensive 3-day course will teach participants to practise mindfulness techniques for the improvement of mental and physical health. Focusing on healing the mind (thoughts and emotions) and the body (aches, pain and lethargy), participants will seek to embrace the full range of emotions, positive and negative with care and compassion to experiencing healing; allowing for deeper self-acceptance, enhanced well-being and self-compassion.

Adj. A/Prof Angie Chew is the Principal Mindfulness Trainer of Brahm Centre, a qualified Mindfulness Based Stress Reduction trainer by Brown University School of Public Health and a Mindfulness Based Cognitive Therapy Course teacher trained by Oxford Mindfulness Centre. She is an Adjunct Associate Professor of Mindfulness at the NUS. Lily Gan is a certified senior mindfulness trainer of Brahm Centre.
