Herbs for Healthy Living: Health Benefits and Recipes (Conducted Online)

This is an 8-week course where participants will get to learn the properties and uses of 80 common Chinese herbs which are used for health preservation and therapy. Equipped with the knowledge of all these herbs, participants will be taught how to incorporate them into delicious and healthy meals for the maintenance of good health of them and their family members.

Trainer's Profile
Ms Soh Shan Bin
Ms Soh Shan Bin worked in NTU TCM clinic from 2010 to 2012 and as a Research Associate for TCM in NTU from 2015 to 2016. Since 2016, she has been working at Renhai clinic. She has taught TCM courses at Renhai and the Confucius Institute. She was the president of NTU Chinese Medicine Alumni Association from 2017 to 2019.
Ms Karen Wee
Karen Wee (BSc, BMed) is a registered TCM physician at the Renhai Clinic. Being well trained in biomedical sciences and TCM, she has helped patients with anxiety and depressive moods through natural therapies. She has been teaching TCM in English since 2012. She had also co-authored the book 'Chinese Medicine for Health: Pursuing the Elixir of Life'.
