Basics Of Workplace-Based Learning (Online)

This course aims to ensure that most of experience learning on-the-job is done well for employees. Very often employees have head knowledge of OJT but not the practical experience in doing OJT. Therefore this course will equip participants to design the basic framework of an OJT programme, prepare OJT learning and training resources and Apply OJT approach at the workplace.
