Painting is a great way for senior citizens to stay active and engaged. Expressive art stimulate improvements of cognitive function and memory, can provide a sense of purpose and accomplishment and can be a fun and social activity that can help them connect with others. This course is part 1 of the beginner course which overall hopes to give learners an introduction to Acrylic Painting so that it could become another option of an activity to do at home which can be done as a group or an individual activity.
