Through the course, you will learn about bone health, risk factors, diet requirements, classifications, symptoms, management, and prevention of osteoporosis. You will also learn Singapore’s Physical Activities Guidelines and observe demonstrations of exercises for women with and without osteoporosis.Course Details

Adjunct Assistant Professor Huang Zhongwei is a highly accomplished clinician-scientist and educator in obstetrics, gynaecology, and reproductive health. He holds an MBBS, PhD (Oxon), and multiple fellowships, including FAMS (O&G) and FAMS (Clinician-Scientist). Currently, Dr. Huang serves as Deputy Director at the NUS Bia-Echo Asia Centre for Reproductive Longevity and Equality (ACRLE) and Undergraduate Medical Education at NUS Medicine. He is also an Adjunct Assistant Professor at the Mechanobiology Institute, NUS, a Research Clinician at A*STAR’s Institute of Molecular and Cell Biology, and a Consultant at NUH’s Division of Reproductive Endocrinology and Infertility.Adjunct Assistant Professor, Huang Zhongwei
