It provides learners with the essential skills to deliver excellent wine service and helps to raise standards of food service throughout the hospitality industry. Upon completion, Candidates will be able to assess wines accurately, use your understanding to confidently explain wine styles and quality. It is more relevant, interactive and designed to allow students to immediately put in place what they learn into their daily lives and work.
