Helping the People with Disabilities

This workshop teaches participants how to approach and interact with people with disabilities. At the same time, it also promotes inclusivity in society. Specific topics include blind simulation where participants undergo a simulation to empathize with how the visually impaired live their lives, the 5A technique to approach a person with disabilities and understanding the challenges and inspiration from speaking with a person with disabilities.

Russ Neu

Russ Neu is the Founder of Social Collider, Singapore's largest impact aggregator. He is a well known lecturer in the social entrepreneurship and impact spaces, and lectures at NUS, NTU, SMU, SUSS, Singapore Poly, Ngee Ann Poly and other institutions. Russ is also a Visiting Professor under the UNDP, to carry out social entrepreneurship programmes across SEA.
