Sourdough Boule Workshop (Intermediate)

This class is a progression class from Sourdough Basic in NUSS NSA Course. Learners will learn advanced techniques such as handling high-hydration dough, maintaining optimal bread protein and environment control, as well as learn to make focaccia bread. Learners should attend the Sourdough Basic before taking up the intermediate course.
