Desmond Moey

Desmond Moey is the Managing Director of Serendip Showbiz Pte Ltd and a Board Member of Musical Theatre Ltd (IPC Arts Charity). His impressive background includes degrees in Engineering and Mass Communications (OCU, USA), an MBA (NUS), and a forthcoming Master of Arts in Songwriting (Berklee College of Music, April 2025). A prolific songwriter and show producer (musicals, concerts, events), Desmond's expertise encompasses vocal coaching, education, social-tech innovation, and creating original music for numerous homegrown musicals, including Emily the Musical, Lim Boon Keng, Peter & Pierre, and Merlion the Musical.

Dezz Desmond MOEY is a Professional Songwriter (Music Publisher) and Show Producer (Musicals, Concerts, Events). Dezz is an effective Choral Director and Vocal Coach (Graduate Club NUSS, SGH, TTSH, Deutsche Bank RecClub). He has written for events and produced shows such as OVERCOME AS ONE SKM Campaign 2020, LIM BOON KENG The Musical 2019, EMILY THE MUSICAL 2016, MY LOVE IS BLIND The Musical 2016, GLOW Musical PUB 50th Anniversary 2013, and SINGAPORE NATIONAL DAY PARADE 1997; he played the role of Vocal Coach in many of the projects. Dezz is the Managing Director of SERENDIP SHOWBIZ PTE LTD, and a Board Member of MUSICAL THEATRE LTD, and IPC Arts Charity. He holds an MA (Mass Comms, OCU USA), an MBA (NUS), and a Degree in Engineering (NUS). Dezz is committed to using the performing arts to support social missions.
