Participants will learn of a simple yet powerful approach to shifting one’s perspective from the problem to the solution by focusing on one’s strengths and successes to derive solutions. The solutions-focused approach can be used to deal with a wide range of problems and setting of goals. Participants gain proficiency and confidence in coaching themselves and others. By applying solutions-focused thinking and action-oriented approaches to their conversations and life, they gain greater clarity, and fulfilment and nurture more rewarding relationships.

She is certified in organisational development by Baruch College.

Stephen Tjoa is a solutions-focused coach practitioner, experienced chief talent officer and thought-leader who possesses more than 30 years of people development experience at KPMG where he was admitted as partner in 2005, serving as a full-time Central Services Support partner.  His expertise includes employee engagement and multi-generational talent interventions.
