This course will introduce the roles & responsibilities of grandparenting, and inculcate skills for cross-generational bonding and child minding. Using the skills learnt, you will be able to nuture a child’s natural gifts, make better food choices for children, stimulate smart brain growth, gain the knowledge on handling psychological and emotional issues and know when to call for advice and help.

Dr Ang gives public lectures on medical nutrition with a focus on food for healthy ageing after his retirement in 2019 from 49 years of pediatric practice. He is the author of two books on nutrition and the use good food as medicine to provide roadmaps for recovery from major epidemics of chronic degenerative diseases.
