Change as Opportunity

How do you perceive “change”? In general, people don’t like change as they are comfortable where they are or they fear the unknown. Find out how do we identify changes and discover their impact on us, and how do we respond positively to them. If we embrace change well, it can be seen as an ‘Opportunity’ instead!

How to Turn on Subtitles on YouTube （如何打开 YouTube 字幕）

This will open the video settings in a pop-up window. 点击之后，视频会弹出一个小弹框。
Click English or Chinese (Simplified) for the subtitle language. 最后，选择English或Chinese(Simplified)字幕。
