Themed “Many Things to Learn, Many Ways to Grow”, the NSA Virtual Roadshow will take place from 30 September to 15 October 2021, showcasing an array of learning and volunteering opportunities, online talks and videos as well as interactive games, specially curated for seniors aged 50 and above!
The NSA Virtual Roadshow will be a 16-day long event that will be held from 30 September to 15 October 2021. Access will start from 10am on 30 September and will be available 24 hours.

From 30 September to 15 October 2021, simply visit www.c3a.org.sg/nsavirtualrs/ and it will bring you to the virtual event.

Under the “Booths” section, the virtual booths are structured into three sections, with each section catering to the specific needs of the visitor.

Learn: Choose from more than 300 courses, both online and onsite, that will equip seniors with new skills and enable upskilling.

Volunteer: Offers volunteering opportunities for seniors who want to help others and give back to the community.

Others: Visit these booths to explore opportunities on how you can kickstart an active ageing journey!

Alternatively, you can apply search filters at the top left corner to search by the first alphabet letter of the organisation title.

In the “Booths” section, click on the booth that you are interested in. You can then read their organisation profile and click to view their brochures to find out more.

To sign up for the course or volunteer programme, please find their respective contact details in their virtual booth. Alternatively, you may also find their contact details in their brochure.

The videos are categorised based on:
  1. Adopt Digital Technology – Pick up some useful digital skills with useful videos that can help you with your digital journey!
  2. Make Healthy Choices – Comprise of exercises, recipe videos, talks & more!
  3. Pursue Your Hobbies – Enjoy a particular hobby? Comprise of videos relating to gardening, music, arts & more!
There are three recommended videos for you to watch every day. Do note that three videos are released and added daily to the programme section.
Many factors can cause YouTube video streaming issues. By troubleshooting your internet or device connection, you can play your videos again.

If you’ve seen one of these notifications, you may be experiencing a video streaming issue:
  • An error has occurred.
  • Playback error. Tap to retry.
  • Connection to server lost.
  • This video is unavailable.
  • Something went wrong. Tap to Retry.

Troubleshoot internet and device connections
You can try one or more of the following steps to resolve internet and device connections.
Desktop/laptop:
  • If you have many browser tabs open, try to close most of them except the one you’re using for YouTube.
  • Restart your browser.
  • Restart your router.
  • Restart your computer.
  • Update your browser to the latest version.
  • Use Google Chrome.
Mobile device:
  • Restart your mobile browser.
  • Restart your device.
Simply click on “Games” in the top menu of the website. Do note that a new game is released daily. [i.e. On the first day (30 September) of the event, you will only see and play the first game. From the second day onwards, a new game will be added in this section.]
To exit from the game, simply click on the cross icon to close the game’s tab.
