Enhancing Relationships through Communication
This course teaches participants to learn and practice the skills of effective and empathetic communication to build and deepen relationships between family members, friends and colleagues to cultivate a fulfilling life. By the end of the course, participants will be able to self-reflect and apply dispositions and skills of good communication to build relations as well as observe self and others with the mindset of empathy and growth to choose responses that help to cultivate a relationship authentically and constructively.
