Communicating Effectively to Better Connect as a Volunteer

Upon successful completion of this workshop, participants will learn about the important elements of communication and the relevant skills to better connect as a volunteer including methods to overcome communication barriers such as using appropriate verbal/non-verbal communication and applying principles of R.E.S.P.E.C.T.
