Handling Awkward Situation when serving as a Volunteer

At the end of this workshop, participants will learn about the various awkward situations often faced by volunteers when serving, understand the triggers and how to arrest those situations. Participants will also learn to practise self-care after encountering awkward situations to better handle such challenges while volunteering. After the course, participants will gain more confidence in one’s skills as a volunteer.
