At the end of this workshop, participants will be able to understand the need for practising emotional intelligence when volunteering to reach out to others more effectively. Participants will also learn emotional intelligence strategies and come up with an action plan. With the knowledge gained from this course, participants may gain the confidence to take on a volunteer role in the community or will better enhance their skills as a volunteer.
