The course will provide knowledge to seniors on how to age like a super ager. It aims to engage seniors in mental and physical exercises that can boost brain health and physical fitness. Through the course, you will learn the ideal traits of super-agers with high physical and mental functions, be exposed to various experiential /hands-on activities to stimulate their brains, learn about basic nutritional values of foods that will nourish both brain and body as well as physical workouts of aerobic, strength and balance.

Michelle Yeo

Michelle Yeo has a Master of Social Science (Counselling) degree and has more than 15 years of working experience as a Counsellor, Trainer and Expressive Arts Consultant/Educator in the community and social services sectors. Michelle has demonstrated a strong desire to work with elderly and has been recognized with different various awards such as National Youth Award (volunteering group) from NCSS, Commonwealth Award and The President Citation awarded by Dr Wee Kim Wee, former President of Singapore for the voluntary works on the elderly care project. Michelle also completed "Introduction to Geragogy Guidelines“ organized by C3A. She is currently a Trainer and Content Developer with Tsao Foundation.
