This course aims to provide knowledge to seniors to make behavioural and environmental changes to improve their safety and prevent falls to protect themselves from injuries. By the end of the course, seniors will be able to list the risk factors for falls, define one serious injury due to a fall, explain the fall prevention strategies, identify at least 3 safety hazards in their homes, develop a plan to reduce their fall risks and perform a demonstration of balance and strength exercises.

She has a Master of Counselling accredited & awarded by Swinburne University, Melbourne organised by the Executive Counselling & Training Academy (ECTA) in Academic partnership with Mount Elizabeth Hospital & Parkway College of Nursing & Allied Health. She is an active volunteer in the community with Tsao Foundation as a Trainer, a Health Ambassador with HPB since it’s inception.
