Relationships Enrichment Process

Individuals in intra- and inter-relationships will undergo a systemic assessment of their personality profiles as well as the stage and structure of their relationships to determine their current levels of stress. They will learn specific relationship skills relevant to their unique interaction patterns and social contexts to deal with the identified stressors. Using the skills learned, you will be able to facilitate mutual understanding of all types of relationships and facilitate the building of closer, deeper and enriching bonds.

Adrian spent 4 years in line management and 5 years in in-house management consultancy for the government; 5 years in an international NGO based in Coral Gables, Florida . For the past 30 years, he has been the Consulting Principal of his own training consultancy. Adrian has professional certifications in leadership; adventure learning facilitation (STADA); cross-cultural dimensions, coaching (ATD), counselling and competency training and assessments (ACTA).
