Trainer's Profile

Eugene Chng

Eugene Chng is the Head of Outreach, Education and Research at Credit Counselling Singapore. He has over 15 years experience in training and development with the Singapore Navy. He was an adjunct trainer with ST Education and Training and developed financial literacy workshops for MOE Schools with Cornerstone Enrichment between 2015 to 2017. He holds a Bachelor of Financial Services (UCD), Master of Arts in Professional Education and has completed the Associate Financial Planner (AFP) qualification.

Jonathan Chua

Jonathan is a Programme Executive at Credit Counselling Singapore since 2021. He has nearly 15 years’ experience working in the insurance industry and made a successful transition to being an Adult Educator. His breadth of experience in the adult education sector encompasses being a trainer, facilitator and courseware developer. He graduated with a Bachelor of Engineering from the National University of Singapore. He holds a WSQ Advanced Certificate in Training and Assessment (ACTA), WSQ Diploma in Adult and Continuing Education (DACE) and the Chartered Financial Consultant certification.

Mohammed Firdaus

Mohammed Firdaus is a Programme Executive at Credit Counselling Singapore. He has over 6 years of experience in counselling and financial literacy education with Yayasan Mendaki and AMP Singapore from 2014 to 2019. He was also a Skills Future Advice Senior Executive with e2i and a Career Coach with Workforce Singapore between 2012 to 2018. He holds a Bachelor of Science in Management, Advanced Certificate in Training and Assessment and Basic Counselling.

Viki Tong

Viki Tong is a volunteer with Credit Counselling Singapore. She is an associate trainer with Moneysense Institute for Financial Literacy since 2019 and conducts workshops to enhance financial literacy in areas of personal finance, investment options and retirement planning. She was a Lecturer with Singapore Polytechnic (School of Business) from 2014 to 2019 and has over 10 years experience in the banking industry. She holds a Bachelor of Business Administration (Honors in 2nd Upper Div) and a Master of Science in Professional Accoutancy.

Kok Kah Fai

Kah Fai is a volunteer with Credit Counselling Singapore. He has more than 20 years of experience in investment and business consultancies across Asia Pacific markets. He is also a volunteer with Aidha where he conducts Financial Literacy Program for Foreign Domestic Workers. He holds a Bachelor of Science in Engineering from Princeton University and is a Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA).

Koh Boon Hwang

Boon Hwang is a volunteer with Credit Counselling Singapore. She has more than 20 years commercial experience including 10 years as a Country Manager with a global company where she led and mentored teams. She has assisted in the facilitation of CCS financial education workshops for low-income beneficiaries and seniors. She holds a Bachelor of Economics (2nd Class Honours) from University of Malaya and is a Certified Financial Planner (FPAS).
