This is an introductory course where participants will learn the use of Microsoft Office (Excel, Word & PowerPoint) in creating financial / accounting spreadsheets, data crunching and charts, and composing letters/minutes of meetings/reports. Participants will also explore the different uses of slides for the presentation of reports, images, marketing, training materials etc. Using the skills taught, participants will be able to use the software for personal and business meetings either in the classroom or online environment.

Serene Low

Serene Low has a degree in ICSA and is ACTA Certified.  She has a varied work experience in the areas of analysis, cost control, financial accounting, corporate facilities and project management at various organisations including government agencies, SMEs and MNCs.  She has been a volunteer trainer in Art and Craft workshops and interest groups since 2013 and a SACE trainer for curated and selected IMDA courses from 2020.
