This 5-hour programme aims to equip participants with the knowledge and skills of preparing food, especially for the festive season, and its culture. You will learn how to prepare the following dishes: Spinach and Ricotta Puff Pastry, Traditional Roast Whole Turkey with Brown Rice, Chestnut Stuffing and Spicy Cranberry Sauce, Baked Potato Gratin, Roasted Carrots and Roots Vegetables and a Christmas Log Cake. By the end of the course, you will learn more about Western food culture, learn about the ingredients used and their origins and learn how to prepare equipment and ingredients as well as execute Western food preparations.
