这个8小时的研讨会向年长者介绍安康之道的5个领域,以及他们可以采取的小步骤,以改善和保持良好的身理、心理和社交功能、经济独立和整体生活质量。

Trainer's Profile

Michelle Yeo

Michelle Yeo has a Master Degree in Counselling.  Michelle has more than 15 years of working experience as a counsellor, creative art therapist and trainer in the community and social services sectors. She has been integrating creative art therapy techniques into various aspects of her professional work. Michelle has demonstrated a strong desire to work with elderly and has been recognised with different various awards such as National Youth Award (volunteering group) from NCSS, Commonwealth Award and The President Citation awarded by Dr Wee Kim Wee, President of the Republic of Singapore for the voluntary works on the elderly care project. Michelle had also completed the course "Introduction to Geragogy Guidelines“ organized by Council for Third Age (C3A). She is currently a Trainer and Content Developer with the Learning Room, Tsao Foundation.

During the Covid-19 pandemic period, Michelle has published a picture book named “What’s Going On?”“糖奶奶在我身体里“ and is available in libraries for public reading.
