Participants will learn of a simple yet powerful approach in shifting one’s perspective from the problem to the solution by focusing on one’s strengths and successes to derive at solutions.  The solutions-focused approach can be used to deal with a wide range of problems and setting of goals. Participants gain proficiency and confidence in coaching themselves and others. By applying solutions-focused thinking and action oriented approaches to their conversations and life, they gain greater clarity , fulfilment and nurture more rewarding relationships.

Wendy Leong is a solutions-focused coach practitioner, experienced facilitator with the ability to engage multi-cultural and generational audiences.  She has delivered impactful training sessions across Asia Pacific built upon over 2 decades of talent development expertise working with iconic companies like Procter & Gamble, The Body Shop and Olympus. Recognised for her mastery in talent development initiatives, Wendy was awarded the Procter & Gamble CEO Award, bestowed to global top performers. She is certified in organisational development by Baruch College. 

Stephen Tjoa

Stephen Tjoa is a solutions-focused coach practitioner, experienced chief talent officer and thought-leader who possesses more than 30 years of people development experience at KPMG where he was admitted as partner in 2005, serving as a full-time Central Services Support partner.  His expertise includes employee engagement and multi-generational talent interventions. He is passionate about empowering seniors. In the latter part of his career, he has been instrumental in developing the leadership and succession planning agenda for the firm.
