Nyonya Delight Cooking Workshop

This 3-hour programme aims to equip learners with knowledge of Nyonya cooking, Straits Food Culture and key ingredients used. They will learn how to prepare the following dishes: Ayam Kleo (light chicken curry), Onde Onde, Ayam Pongteh, Nyonya Chap Chye, Nyonya Ngoh Hiang, Assam Fish or Stir-Fried Egg Noodles. By the end of the course, you will better understand Straits food culture and learn how to retain nutrients through proper cooking methods.

He has 40 years of culinary management and training skills from 3 continents. Teck Wee brings shares his wealth of culinary knowledge and experience from all various parts of the world with his trainees. He possesses a WSQ Advanced Certificate in Training and Assessment (ACTA).

David Ang

Chef David Ang Eng Nam is the Master Trainer of Project Dignity. He is well a well traveled chef who have a wealth of culinary knowledge and experience from across the world which he shares through his classes.
