Participants will learn and practise skills in mindfulness to increase awareness and to develop adaptive ways of working within the territory of insomnia. Participants will learn to make significant changes in the way they approach both sleeping and waking stress, woven together with a greater ability to bring mindfulness into their daily lives.

Mr Eric Lim
Mr Eric Lim is a mindfulness psychologist at Brahm Centre. He holds a B.Soc.Sci. (Hons.) degree in psychology from the National University of Singapore. He is a certified .b and Paws b teacher from the Mindfulness in Schools Project (UK). He is a qualified Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction teacher from the Centre For Mindfulness, University of Massachusetts Medical School.
