Mr Loy Teck Wee

Chef Loy Teck Wee is our General Manager and one of the most well-respected executive chef cum trainer in the industry. He humbly carries 40 years of culinary management and training skills from 3 continents. Being in the Bermuda, Canada, Australia, USA, Philippines and Malaysia, Mr Loy brought over a wealth of culinary knowledge and experience with life lessons that he avidly shares with the trainees. He possesses a WSQ Advanced Certificate in Training and Assessment (ACTA).

Mr Eric Chiam

Chef Eric Chiam Heng Lee is our master trainer as well as a passionate chef. Most of the days you will find him passionately sharing his wealth of experience acquired during his youth days, having worked in Singapore as well as Beijing before. Chef Eric has a substantial experience - having won and represented Singapore in various gourmet competitions and culinary Olympics in and around the region successfully. He possesses a WSQ Advanced Certificate in Training and Assessment (ACTA). Chef Eric has trained numerous chefs from 20 years at SHATEC. He has trained and mentored many aspiring chefs to success.
