This course is aimed at those who have completed the Course “How to Start an Online Business (Level 1)” and who want to further understand Digital Marketing and how to write good product content for their websites or Facebook feeds. Participants will be able to measure outcomes of digital marketing, with tools such as Google Analytics amongst other things. Participants are required to bring their own computers or tablet.

She has more than 20 years of working experience in Procurement, Sales and Marketing, as well as training and consultancy in top leading US based MNC. She’s an ACTA trainer who is passionate about developing individuals to their full potential.
May Lin graduated with Degree in Marketing at SIM University in 2009 and has more than 15 years of local/regional sales experience in the hospitality sector. She has an Advanced Certification in Learning Performance (ACLP) certified with Institute of Adult Learning and is a trainer for for IMDA/MOE “Coding for fun” Program. May Lin thrives on new learnings and seek satisfaction from sharing knowledge.
Michelle Ng studied at Singapore Human Resource Institute in Training & Development. For the past 25 years, Michelle worked as a Sales & Marketing professional in the global hospitality industry. She completed ACTA (Advanced Certificate in Training & Assessment in 2019 and is a certified trainer in Sales & Service Foundation. She has conducted trainings locally as well as in China, Thailand and Indonesia.
