This course is aimed at those who have completed the Course “How to Start an Online Business (Level 1)” and who want to further understand Digital Marketing and how to write good product content for their websites or Facebook feeds. Participants will be able to measure outcomes of digital marketing, with tools such as Google Analytics amongst other things. Participants are required to bring their own computers or tablet.

Serene Chua studied Hotel & Restaurant Administration in US University. Upon graduating, Serene worked at a top MNC for the last 25 years in Sales and Procurement. Serene achieved the ACTA (Advanced Certificate in Training & Assessment) in 2018 and started working with WINGs in 2019.
Michelle Ng
Michelle Ng studied at Singapore Human Resource Institute in Training & Development. Upon graduation, Michelle worked as a Sales & Marketing professional in the last 25 years with global hospitality industry. Michelle has completed ACTA (Advanced Certificate in Training & Assessment in 2019 and is a Certified Trainer in Sales & Service Foundation as well as connducted trainings in China, Thailand, Indonesia, Singapore.
