Trainer's Profile

Dr Ang Poon Liat

Dr Ang Poon Liat gives public lectures on medical nutrition with a focus on food for healthy ageing after his retirement in 2019 from 49 years of padeiatric practice.  He is the author of two books on nutrition and the use good food as medicine to provide roadmaps for recovery from major epidemics of chronic degenerative diseases.  He graduated with a MBBS, Master of Med Paediatrics, Member Royal College of Physician, Singapore Academy of Medicines, MD.
