From Grab drivers and cleaners to website developers and lawyers, the flexible system of the Gig Economy is enabling people to take part in these jobs and get paid for their work. By the end of the course, you will understand what the GIG economy is and the new skills required to stay relevant, create a Career Portfolio, gain confidence to take on work assignments and relearn skills and be able to apply these skills to solve New-world problems.

Upon graduation, Michelle worked as a Sales & Marketing professional in the last 25 years with global hospitality industry. Michelle has completed ACTA (Advanced Certificate in Training & Assessment in 2019 and is a Certified Trainer in Sales & Service Foundation as well as connducted trainings in China, Thailand, Indonesia, Singapore.
