His last 26 years, a practitioner, has depth experience and knowledge in Channels’ Sales, Agency leadership & Management. A regular trainer and invited Speaker, Trainer/Coach and platform speaker in sales seminars, training sales personnel and leaders. Provides consultancy in the region such as Singapore, Asia and Middle East in the areas of Sales and Distribution Management, CRM-Sales Force Automation, Sales Planning Software and Process Development, Sales Kits for Special Needs etc. Developed and trained entrepreneurs on “Direct Sales and Business Development”, a government funded program in the technology sector for Red Dot Venture and Lithan Academy in Singapore.

Retired at age 40 to devote full time on changing the world. Founded Restroom Association of Singapore in 1998. World Toilet Organisation in 2001. Created UN World Toilet Day 19 Nov. Experienced in Mass Resource Mobilization Movements, Market Ecosystem Building, Media Communication, Motivational Speaker, Teaching at Singularity University, Adjunct Associate Professor of NUS and Lee Kuan Yew School of Public Policy.
