The goals of treating insomnia include reduction of sleep and waking symptoms, improvement of daytime function and reduction of distress. Participants will learn techniques to improve sleep quality through relaxation, healthy sleep hygiene and building your relationship with sleep. Join the workshop to cultivate self-awareness, develop effective strategies for overcoming disturbances and promote sleep regulation.
