Achieving H.O.P.E - Sleeping Well with Insomnia

The goals of treating insomnia include reduction of sleep and waking symptoms, improvement of daytime function and reduction of distress. Participants will learn techniques to improve sleep quality through relaxation, healthy sleep hygiene and building your relationship with sleep. Join the workshop to cultivate self-awareness, develop effective strategies for overcoming disturbances and promote sleep regulation.

Bay Qinyao

Mr Bay Qinyao, a psychologist from Hougang Polyclinic. He entertains his 2 princesses with lame jokes and wordplay during his free time. His talent is to sing an awful sleep-inducing lullaby when his wife and children have difficulties falling asleep.
