Social media has become an integral part of the daily lives for many people. While it may be stressful to learn or keep up with social media, it can be a useful tool to help you stay connected with your loved ones. Come join us to take a step towards active ageing through learning about social media, protecting yourself against scams, and managing the stressors in your life for a positive mental well-being.

Media sosial telah menjadi sebahagian penting dalam kehidupan seharian kita. Walaupun ia mungkin memberi tekanan untuk belajar atau bersaing dengan media sosial, ia boleh menjadi alat yang berguna untuk membantu anda kekal berhubung dengan orang yang anda sayangi. 1. Be aware of some of the most common mental well-being issues faced by seniors, why they occur, and what you can do to prevent and manage them.
