In our daily lives, we may face stressors which affect our ability to experience life in a positive manner and could increase our vulnerability to mental health difficulties. Through experiential learning, this course will help you pick up practical tips to enhance and maintain your mental well-being.
- Ageing Well With Mindfulness
The Ageing Well With Mindfulness course is developed based on the MBSR (Mindfulness Based Stress Reduction), a well-researched and evidence-based programme created by Dr Jon Kabat Zinn in 1979 at the University of Massachusetts Medical School, Centre for Mindfulness. In this course, participants will be guided through various mindfulness practices, on how mindfulness works, perform self-inquiry, share their experiences in pairs or group dialogue, and engage in home practices.
