The course aims to empower seniors to live an active and fulfilling life by helping them uncover their strengths and getting them to share their daily activities through creative arts and calm techniques. Calm Technique is a self-help skill that one can practise when under stress and overwhelmed. This workshop will integrate expressive art activities with Calm Techniques to improve one's well-being.
