Trainer's Profile

Lee Foong Ming

A news veteran with the national broadcaster for almost 30 years, Foong Ming believes healthy, meaningful ageing is for everyone, and mental wellbeing is key. She became a full-time volunteer befriender to the elderly for more than a year before graduating with a Master of Science in Applied Gerontology (Nanyang Technological University). She has since focused on programmes that build mental, emotional and social wellbeing in the elderly.
