Mindfulness Based Stress Reduction Course (Online) by Brahm Centre
The MBSR 9-session course was developed by Dr Jon Kabat-Zinn at the University of Massachusetts Medical School Stress Reduction Clinic in 1979. The course incorporates skills training in mindfulness, stress physiology and cognitive awareness. It trains participants to develop and draw on their inner resources to bring about greater balance, coping, stability and well-being.
