Navigate Wet Markets Better
by Sport Singapore (Conducted in English)

Did you know that only 26% of Singaporeans exercise 3 days or more in a week? Not only does physical inactivity lead to reduced muscle mass, it may further increase joint pain and reduce our ability to move or exercise. In this session, learn and understand how incorporating regular physical activity or exercise can help you to raise your muscular strength, agility, balance and more, ultimately enabling you to navigate wet markets better.

Speakers:
Ms Christabelle Ho, Active Heatlh Coach, Sport Singapore

The Importance of Having a Will (立遗嘱的重要性)
by The Law Society of Singapore

Planning for the unexpected is always important. Many of us might either tend to put off making a will or assume that we don't need to worry about writing a will. However, what would happen to your assets in the case of your passing? Do we want to ensure that the loved ones we leave behind are well provided for even in our absence? In this talk, discover why you should consider making a will and what are the consequences in the event without a will. Last but not least, find out what type of assets can be included or excluded from the will.

Speakers: Mr Chong Yue-En and Mr Patrick Tan, The Law Society of Singapore

Hear What Others Have to Say

“There aren’t much differences between online and classroom learning. We are still able to understand what the trainer is explaining about, we also get our questions answered and it’s actually quite convenient to learn with just the use of our computer! Especially in this period, it’s important that we take this opportunity to pick up new skills and knowledge so we can make better use of our time.” — Mdm Ng Lay Kuan
“It was something to look forward to every Tuesday and Friday. The topics discussed for the NSA e-Nuggets Series talks were relevant and informative for the elderly.” — Mdm Sarala Ramakrishna
“The NSA e-Nuggets Series was an eye-opener and I've learnt how I can keep myself safe at home. Now that I've gained new knowledge, I can apply what I've learnt in my daily life.” — Mdm Michelle Tan
“The Stay Home, Stay Active micropage has put together important information for seniors in one centralised site, which I believe will be useful for myself and other seniors as well.” — Mr Ignatius Ng
