Be always ready and steady with Rolling Good Times by Health Promotion Board – learn about common fall risks, ways to avoid falls and what to do if you fall.

In this 6-week programme, you will:

  1. Build muscle strength, improve functional balance, and increase flexibility
  2. Learn safe falling techniques to minimise the risk of injuries and fractures in the event of a fall
