Violin Appreciation Class (Level 1)
 This course aims to teach proper violin techniques, to play simple tunes and at least 5 songs. It can also help to develop a new active interest amongst the senior learners and to help them stay socially and mentally active. Participants are required to bring their own instruments.

Trainer's Profile
Hoong Yu Emer
Emer has been playing the violin since the age of 6 and is currently a freelance musician in Singapore. She has experience playing in orchestras, ensembles and quartets. Most recently she performed with Mediacorp for their awards night and talent competition. A passionate musician, she was the president of the SIM String Orchestra and organised concerts and music events. Emer has been teaching the violin for the past 6 years both in schools and privately, both in an individual and group setting.Reviews on Course
