Use Body Language and Read People Like a Book
Participants will learn about the dynamics of body language to interpret the feelings and intentions of others and to become better communicators. Topics include understanding external and internal body language, how to identify mixed messages, mirroring, posture, stance, gestures, kinesics and breathing and their impacts on impression.
