Using a game as a metaphor for life, timewise, the first half is over. With retirement, you face the second half either by Default – continuing to do what you have always been doing – or by Design – applying your Best Self to your Best Work. This course uses design thinking – Empathise, Define, Ideate, Prototype, Test - to help participants accept the product or service that inspires. It’s a second chance to do what they had a dream about but did not have the opportunity or courage to pursue until now.

The geragogy model is close to his heart and as President of SACE, he believes that conscious eldering opens your heart and mind and strengthens your connection to spirit and soul and thus enables you to give your best service to the community thus fostering your resilience to bounce back from the inevitable losses and strains in life.
