		This course will enable participants to learn the proper mixing, baking and finishing techniques of different Pastry Hi Tea items such as cookies, tarts and cakes. By the end of the course, participants will be able to identify and prepare ingredients, describe the techniques and procedures behind the dishes and be equipped with the knowledge to confidently demonstrate them.
