This 1-day training aims to equip participants with the skills to become medical escorts to accompany the elderly in need of assistance and to bring them for their medical appointments and check-ups. At the end of the course, participants will be able to perform their role as a medical escort and be equipped with knowledge and skills to handle infection control, wheelchair and other mobility aids; manage difficult situations and emergencies, and communicate with the elderly.
