Managing Interpersonal Conflicts in Volunteerism

Upon successful completion of this course, participants will gain knowledge to better manage interpersonal conflicts in volunteerism through understanding what is conflict, and the effects it brings. This will then bring an appreciation of the importance of managing conflicts and will teach participants how to recognise triggers and manage conflicts.
