Jeffrey Wong
Jeffrey Wong is a self-taught turned professional photographer, rooted with deep knowledge and passion for photography. He handled many commercial assignments for 15 years, developing a rich portfolio while receiving numerous awards from photography competitions. He received PSS Associateship (APSS) in 2005 and PSS Fellowship (FPSS) in 2019 with his set of black and white fine art architectural photography. His photographs are now internationally recognized by professional gallery curators from well-known institutions such as Sotheby's andTate Modern Art.

I’m glad to have attended Jeffrey Wong’s B&W Fine Art photography workshop. A very experienced & knowledgeable instructor.
Through my 2-day course, I had learnt about B&W theory, a walkabout the city areas capturing architecture/buildings & finally editing to create & how to produce a great image. He would slowly walk with us in the city to show us:
(1) how to compose an image;
(2) how to look for good lighting from the sun;
(3) Point of View (POV) & different angles even for just one building, as you may be amazed by design of the building.
Jeffrey is a patience instructor, who shared his journey as a photographer & he welcomed any questions asked. I’m new to B&W Fine Art & he made it so interesting & I truly enjoyed.

The course helps to looks at architecture from different perspective. Instructions were clear for the practical too.
Jeffrey Wong is an experience trainer who clearly explained the technique how to convert a colour photo to a black and white photo in photoshop.
He teaches us how to look at subject in terms of the qualities and exploring the shadows, patterns, textures, and lines. Also teach us how to use the light on an image showing a different amount of light on it.
This will make it easier for us to identify situations which are ripe for black and white photography.
