Painting is a great way for senior citizens to stay active and engaged.Expressive art stimulate improvements of cognitive function and memory, can provide a sense of purpose and accomplishment and can be a fun and social activity that can help them connect with others. This course is a follow-up from our Beginner 1 course to complete the introduction to Acrylic Painting for learners so that it could become another option of an activity to do at home which can be done as a group or an individual activity.
