Senior Priority Scheme (SPS)

This scheme helps improve the balloting chances of elderly residents who wish to buy a 2-room Flexi flat to age-in-place in a familiar environment or live near their parents/ married child.

 

Eligibility conditions: SPS (near existing flat)

The new 2-room Flexi flat must be located in the same town or within 2 km* of your current HDB flat or owner-occupied private property.

*For flat applications received from May 2018 sales launches:

• The new 2-room Flexi flat must be located within 4 km of your current flat or owner-occupied private property

 

Eligibility conditions: SPS (near parents/ married child)

1. At least 1 of your parents/ married child is a Singapore Citizen or Singapore Permanent Resident
2. Your parents/ married child must be included in your flat application to live together with you, or
3. Your parents/ married child must be living in the same town or within 2 km* of the 2-room Flexi flat you are applying for, as:

1. Owners or occupiers of an HDB flat
2. Tenants or occupiers of an HDB rental flat
3. Owner-occupiers of a private residential property

*For flat applications received from May 2018 sales launches:

1. Your parents/ married child must be living within 4 km of the 2-room Flexi flat you are applying for
