Introduction to Advance Care Planning (Conducted Online)

While the journey ahead is long for some, it is never too early to embark on End-of-Life (EOL) planning! At the present age, it is no longer a taboo to talk about the importance of EOL planning so that we leave no regrets behind. Through this workshop, our certified trainer and Social Worker, Ms Alexis Lok, will walk you through the various stages of your planning journey such as will planning and CPF nominations, and further elaborate on the common terminologies and processes that are in place. There will also be fun activities facilitated by your youth volunteer buddies and an open discussion time to reinforce your learning.
